Public Art Installation

Two electric boxes on the corner of Campbell Ave. and Winchester Ave. in the city of Campbell, California. 

This design was inspired by the huge Bay Area music scene, and the many friends of mine who are musicians. Myriad instruments and music notes dance through abstract designs that evoke the bustle of the city. 

This project took me about six weeks of work time, from initial priming and design sketch overlay, to main painting and finishing touch-ups. I averaged anywhere from two to five hours a day of work, depending on daily circumstances and chatting with passers-by, who stopped to comment on my artwork.
